Head of Communications
A media-trained communications professional who works across broadcast and brand strategy, and a regular commentator on Sky News, ITV, ITN and BBC News. She has advised senior figures on media performance for high-profile international events, and led brand campaigns for Levi's, Vodafone and American Express.

A founder of several long-standing businesses with international experience in cross-border tax, finance and structure management. His focus is best-practice management systems, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, drawing on work in family office services and financial structuring.

A nuclear engineering graduate of École Centrale Paris with four decades in global chemicals, energy and advanced manufacturing. He has founded and scaled companies across Europe, Asia and North America, and worked extensively in subsea oil production, from surface chemistry through to remote subsea intervention.
Andy Morgan
Aerospace & defence
More than 25 years in finance and commercial board roles across Airbus Group, BAE Systems and Cobham, including CFO of Airbus Group UK and strategic engagement with UK government departments. He has a strong track record in uncrewed systems, and currently supports UAS and HAPS programmes at Auriga Aerospace.

A chemist with four decades at the intersection of science and enterprise, who has co-founded and scaled ventures in fuel additives, advanced materials and fine chemicals. His work spans energy, pharmaceuticals and semiconductors, taking complex chemical technologies from concept to commercial operation.
Dominic McGregor

Co-founder and former COO of Social Chain, which he took public in 2019 and exited the following year. Since then he has invested in and operationally supported founders across performance marketing, talent and finance, with deep roots in the North West startup ecosystem.
